I just adore creating people's life story books - from the initial interview to the final proofing of the book - I enjoy every single part of the process. But I must admit, when the book is first seen by the person it's all about, this to me is the most magic moment. 

This lady was delighted with her book which was given to her to mark a special birthday. Her daughter said, "Mum was thrilled with her book. She immediately started reading it at the restaurant where we had her lunch. My 21-year-old niece who was with us also immediately started reading her copy. Mum also gave a copy to one of her friends at the retirement village to read that night and the friend said she thought she'd read just one chapter, but afterwards she said she just couldn't put it down and read it all in one setting. So you've obviously written it in a very engaging style!" It's that sort of feedback that makes me me glow with pride and confirms that I have found my life's mission.
